All our staff are fully trained to at least the level of The Care Certificate with many having specialist training and skills way above this.
You will be supported by a small team of Carers who will take the time to get to know you and build a positive relationship with you and anyone from your personal life that is also important to you.
Some of the key qualities we look for in any carer who wants to join our team are empathy, compassion, reliability and experience of caring for someone.
Recovering from home after a spell in hospital can limit you with your daily activities. Whether you are recovering from illness, surgery, childbirth, or a relapse of an underlying medical condition, our compassionate care teams can assist you with your reablement journey
Arthritis, physical disabilities, and age-related conditions are some of the circumstances that lead to you needing support either for a short time or for longer. We can support you with daily tasks such as mobility, eating, exercising, and personal care
Our team can also provide specialist support for you if you have a spinal injury, dementia, a debilitating condition or are reaching the end of your life.
“Words cannot express our gratitude for all that you did for our wonderful mum. We thank you for your care and patience."
“I am very happy with your service.Special thanks for giving me time to offload some steam as living with R can be a strain.”
“Thank you for your kindness your carers have never failed me. They brighten my day.."

How much does it cost?
This depends on the type and frequency of support as well as the length of each visit. We offer substantial discounts for larger packages of care. There is no VAT to pay and our rates are comparable to other providers in the area.
We may be able to advise you to apply for funding to pay all or part of your costs through the Local Authority or NHS.
If I contact you will you Hard Sell to me?
No, if you make an enquiry we will do our best to give you the information you need but will NOT ring you back to pester you if we don't hear from you again.
Is your service safe?
All our employees undergo a rigorous recruitment process which includes a DBS Police check, references and assessment of ability during their induction training. They all undertake training and work alongside experienced care staff before they visit any clients on their own. Every year they must attend refresher training and we spot check them while they are at work. We also have a 24hr support line 365 days of the year for both you and our staff.
Our company is regulated by CQC and you can check out what they say about us at CQC.org.uk
